Once weighing over 240 pounds, Shannon began her fitness journey with the goal of changing her life for the better. She signed up for an indoor cycling class at a friend’s suggestion and was instantly drawn to the energy and feeling of accomplishment at the end of every class. Since then, she’s lost over 100 pounds and has dedicated herself to motivating, inspiring, and supporting others on their own journeys to better health. Shannon’s rides are fun, powerful, and energetic, and will no doubt leave you pumped and proud of yourself!
